Returns
At ELEMENTAL, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your item(s) within 4 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.
Conditions for Return
- Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
SHIPPING
ALL PRODUCTS WILL BE SHIPPED WITHIN 48HOURS.
DELIVERY SHOULD TAKE 4-5 DAYS OF SHIPPING.
How to Return
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at shopelemental22@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Prepare Your Package: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging.
- Ship It Back: Send the package to the return address provided by our customer service team. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original method of payment. You will receive a notification email once your return has been processed.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item(s) on our website.
